Visual Word SystemsVisual Word Systems (VWS) has been providing professional audiovisual equipment and services to the event planning and production communities since 1981.
Visual Word Systems (VWS) was founded in 1981 in White Plains, NY. After just a few years the business moved to Midtown Manhattan where it continues to live today. For many years Visual Word focused on rentals and professional equipment sales, later adding on full service audiovisual production. In 2019, Visual Word became a division of Event & Meeting Technology, Inc., and in 2020 expanded its production services to include virtual and hybrid event production. In 2022, Visual Word officially changed its name to Corporate Audio Visual Services (Corporate AV) to become a part of a bigger family with more support, capabilities, and resources.
Over the course of time, Corporate AV has seen the development of presentation technology from its infancy of overhead and slide projectors to its current state of LED and laser technology, and remote meetings around the world.
Technology changes, but your production partner doesn’t have to. Our team prides ourselves on our focus on results and our long term client relationships.
